House of Friendship in Toronto

ESRAG House of Friendship - Sign Up to Help Staff!

We are looking for ESRAG Members to commit to staffing two-hour shifts at ESRAG's Booth in the House of Friendship (HOF) at the RI Convention in Toronto.

The Grand Opening Ceremony of the  House of Friendship will be Saturday, 23 June 09:00-09:30. Our booth needs staffing for a total of 43 hours throughout the Convention, from 9:00 - 18:00 on Saturday, June 23, through closing Wednesday, June 27, just before the Final Plenary Wednesday afternoon at 4 pm.

ESRAG Members will work in two-person teams in two-hour shifts throughout these times.

Use the form below to let us know you are interested.  Larry Hands, Director, will reply with a sign-up sheet. Training will be provided at the beginning of your first shift.

Staffing the ESRAG Booth is a great way to soak up the energy in the House of Friendship, meet up with fellow Rotarians worldwide who share your passion for Environmental Sustainable projects and principles throughout the Rotary World. The RI convention is our prime opportunity to recruit new members to ESRAG, a major source of our funding, and a wonderful time to connect with old friends.  Many hands make light work, so please do volunteer to work a shift or more.
